Federal law requires that you be 21 years or age or older to purchase a stripped receiver or frame. If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver not a handgun or long gun. However, they still are "firearms" by definition, and subject to the same GCA limitations as any other firearms. great bang for buck!

Wanted a cheap and super light weight AR9 build found this. Had a ton of people tell me not to buy polymer because it's trash. The reviews, price and lifetime warranty the company provides persuaded me to purchase this. The only issue I have with it so far is that the mag has wiggle room when inserted into the receiver, not enough to affect performance but damn is it annoying. Overall it's not bad though.

Had to sand the extractor to get it to not interfere with the BCG, but after doing that, everything works great

    tac-9 populated lower

The lower fit very well. had a small burr on the ejector bar I had to remove but an extremely high value for the price. I've had no malfunctions at all after 750 rounds.
