    Nice polymer lower but ...

Posted by Arnold Muyshondt on 18th May 2018

lower is nice and easy to finish, but the plastic jig does not work well. I ended up using a metal jig to finish it because it was difficult to keep tolerances with the plastic jig. I was able to rescue the lower by using the metal jig.

came looking awesome but a very tight fit

Posted by Brian on 15th Aug 2016

I love the lower, just didn't want to seat on the upper very well and I had to sand the lower down until it finally fit. But now it's on and amazing!

TNARMSCO:: We have corresponded with Brian to explain why all of our products are made to have a tight. We'd rather have a lower that can be modified to fit anything rather than a loose lower that loses functionality over time. There is extra material at the slope at the buffer, and pinholes for this reason.

    Sturdy and easy to use.

Jig as bits worked like a charm. Directions could be a little clearer. But, still easy enough to follow. When it came down to fitting the trigger and hammer I used the drill press vice for bottom and 2 small c clamps for the top. Made small finish passes much quicker.

    Good lower, iffy drill bit

Posted by Colin on 31st Jul 2016

The lower seems good quality. But the biggest issue I ran into was how short the main drill bit was, and that it wasn't marked for depth. I had to take the depth of the jig onto consideration, then add the 1.22 inches to that to get my actual depth. Which sounds easy, but you assume the jig is perfectly flat.
And because the bit was short I had to use it to grind away the top part of the jig nearest the buffer tube threads in order to reach max depth.

If they get a better drill bit included in the future, this is a 5 star product.

    To high for poor quality

Posted by Unknown on 26th Jul 2016

The engraving was barely noticeable. The color was inconsistent, didn't fit any of my uppers. Quality control needs to take an extra look before these things ship out!!

    Excellent fit and finish

No flash to clear & the parts that you read about others having issues with dropped in. I'm still astonished as to how light the part is.
